  Fantastic stay at Lancaster Bangkok. The hotel is comfortable, pristine and has excellent leisure facilities, including a fully equipped gym, great fitness classes, a beautiful rooftop pool, sauna and steam room. The food was another highlight — delicious, varied and with an excellent selection of both Thai and European dishes. Above all, though, the staff made the stay exceptional. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and helpful. A special thank you to the front desk team, who went above and beyond to help me recover a lost bag. Aziz, B-ri, Janny and Kathy — you were amazing! Excellent hotel, but even better people. Highly recommended.

  Only good words about this hotel Every single staff member was so helpful and very cheerful they even tried helping to locate our lost baggage which B.A. managed to lose only to be informed that our cases are in AUSTRIA not great because we had landed in bangkok. The room was fantastic , with beds that gave the best sleep ever, Pool with bars on the 12th floor was so relaxing . We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will use this hotel again for sure

  Attended a meeting here recently and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish! The meeting room was well-set up - spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The lighting and temperature were just right, which made it easy to stay focused throughout the session. The staff deserves a special mention. They were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Even the lobby restroom was spotless and nicely maintained - honestly a detail that says a lot about how much this hotel cares about its guests's overall experience. The lobby itself had a great atmosphere - elegant yet comfortable. A perfect first impression. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for corporate meetings or events. Every little detail was thoughtfully handled. We'll definitely be back!

  Good mentions: the server at the pool was great drinks came quickly and tasted great, gym is excellent. Bad notes: we initially checked into room 808 at 10pm, the smell was so bad the concierge guy said he can change our room, the next room, 1101 was a bit better but the smell of dampness/mould-like was still present, after my bath the smell seemed to increase and when brushing my teeth, I found some black mould behind the basin. Besides the smells, the furnishings in the hotel room were really dated. When we went down to the brasserie bar for a drink, initially our first drink came quickly, then they totally forgot about us, I asked for the food menu but no one came to check in or ask if we wanted anything else despite it being empty and multiple workers being present, so we left. Overall not great and, unfortunately it’s not a hotel I’d ever consider returning to considering the issues.
