We purchased a gold bracelet at this store as tourists. During the transaction, there was a mix-up on part of the staff after I paid, where the bracelet temporarily went missing, causing a lot of concern. The staff looked for it, even searched my bag despite me being across the glass barrier at all times. After a while, they eventually found it across the store after we expressed that we couldn’t leave without it. As part of the process, they requested to scan our passport, which we found unusual. While the issue was resolved in the end, the experience was stressful. This is just a note for future tourists to stay vigilant during transactions and ensure everything is clear.
