Lantana Resort Hotel Bangkok

I want to make a grave complain about this hotel Lantana Resort Hotel Bangkok about an incident I experienced today. I had reserved a massage session from an outside party app earlier and when the person came to my hotel room, it was a totally different person and this person forced his/her way into my room just when I opened the room door. I think this person is a transvestite (ladyboy)! And she tells me she is the same person as in the app which I refused to believe because the face and appearance did not match the picture posted. This person refused to leave my room and even demanded that I pay her for her taxi fare to go back. I told her I will not because there was no service rendered. She was screaming and demanding money from me and refused to leave my room. And I called the hotel receptionist to tell him about my problem. The receptionist refused to help me even though I know that there are 2 persons sitting at the reception desk all the time. I was very angry and demanded to see their manager but the receptionist didn’t want to entertain me. I told them to help me call the police and they told me it’s not their problem! What if the fake masseuse come into my room rob me and hurt me?! They did not want to come up to my room to investigate or see what was happening! I was furious. I had to call a friend to come to help me instead. I am making this complaint because I had booked and paid for the hotel room and I had a problem and the hotel staff refused to help me! I fear for my safety but none of the hotel staff bothered to help me! I will never stay in this unsafe hotel ever again!! It’s very unsafe!!

I recently stayed at Lantana Resort Hotel. Overall, it’s a comfortable place, but there are a few things to take note of: • Location: The hotel is quite far from most tourist attractions, so be prepared for higher Grab/Bolt fares if you plan to travel around. • Facilities: Despite the word “Resort” in the name, there are no major facilities like a swimming pool or gym. • Extra Charges: Do note that the hotel charges extra for additional items such as towels, pillows, and other basic requests. If you’re looking for a simple, clean place to sleep and don’t mind paying for transport, this hotel does the job.

I used a day room here for about 8 hours between flights with my child. It is a basic hotel with the facilities you need for a short stop: a clean room, a place to rest, and somewhere to freshen up. Service was fine and check-in was straightforward. Nothing standout, but for the price it worked well for a daytime layover and some quiet relaxation. I would use it again for a short stay between flights.
