Came in wanting to learn more about De Bethune watches, and Kik was amazing. She took the time to pull multiple pieces that interested me and introduced me to several other independent brands in the store. She was extremely knowledgeable about each piece, and when one really caught my eye, she was incredibly patient even as it took over an hour to decide on the color. I felt very welcome throughout the visit, with outstanding hospitality all around.

Khun Kob is amazing ! Yes, today he welcomed me to experience the best of what De Bethune has to offer… I’m totally stunned by DB28 Starry Seas he shown me. He went above and beyond walking me through the history of the brand including FP Journe and through the experience today I loved the brand even more, and of course it reflects how thoughtful, attention to detail and respect PMT Hourglass has toward each customers. My journey with De Bethune is only 1% done but I’m sure another 99% is soon to come.

“ Pride on the precision of timekeeping but can’t even keep the time , ruining trust ” I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service quality I received from staff Khun Toffy at the PMT The Hour Glass boutique in the Paragon branch. Based on my two most recent visits, it appears the organization does not uphold the value of time as it should. On both occasions, I contacted and scheduled an appointment with a staff member in advance. However, I was unable to meet with her at the agreed-upon time. Both times, when I called to follow up, I was informed that the employee would arrive in 5 minutes. In reality, I was left waiting for 20-25 minutes with no updates . This behavior reflects a lack of responsibility and a disregard for a “ client's time ”. This is particularly concerning as it is inconsistent with the brand's image, which prides itself on the precision of timekeeping and excellence in watchmaking mechanics. This experience has led me to question the true values the organization upholds and has negatively impacted my overall trust in the brand. I kindly hope with best regards that Khun Note would review and address this issue to ensure that all customers receive excellent service that aligns with the standards of PMT The Hour Glass in the future.
