Update: And then a week later the hotel replied that we were the ones who left such a broken torn headboard and drab black towels. For 1 night stay :)))) but the problem is that about their dirty towels already had reviews and before us (apparently also the guests poked them with a finger and soiled), and also for 1 night broke the headboard and poked holes there:) and also do not forget about mold in the bathroom - this too, of course, we did for 1 night stay. Theater of the absurd, I hope that all adequate people understand what this hotel is and what is the most important - its service. Bad place for staying more than 1 night and only if you don’t have any another choice. They lying in comments at Agoda when I gave them a real review. We left our room at 12.07 (check out at 12.00), my husband already check out at 12.00 and I’m at 12.07 because I was at the toilet, but they lying that they call us and etc. Room cost 1000 baht, but the most price is 300-400 baht and only for the location. And for me it’s a first time when I have such a bad feedback for hotel, I’m traveling every month and this is my 5th time in Bangkok. I think thats a point. You can check photos and understand what I mean. And yes - we asked to made a later check out for the additional payment, but they told that we need to pay 1000 baht for 1 hour. I attach a photo to confirm their brazen lies about our eviction from the room, allegedly they called knocking and were on the verge of throwing us out. At 11.59 p.m. photos were taken of the state of the room right before we left it. At 12.09 - we are already standing downstairs and I took a photo of their price list. At 12.23 we are already walking in the Chatuchak market area. Bottom line - the delay on eviction was 5-7 minutes because I went to the bathroom before leaving and my husband was already waiting downstairs. You can see their false response to my comment in Agoda on the screenshot. I think this is a great indicator - how they respond in general to all reviews where they do not give them 5 points, all guests are wrong, all are bad, some they blame that people came late at night and say “what could you even in the night to see, do not write nonsense”. Although the only normal reaction would be to take into account the comments and promise to work on the service and at least change the hole black towels in the bathroom.
