  I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their team. I accidentally left my camera in an Uber while I was in Thailand, and by the time I realized, I was already back in my home country with no way to contact the driver directly. I reached out to the hotel we stayed at through WhatsApp, gave them the driver’s number, and from that point on, they took over everything. They contacted the driver, coordinated the entire process, handled communication, arranged everything needed, and made sure my camera was safely shipped back to me. What really stood out to me is that they didn’t have to help me at all — the camera wasn’t even left at the hotel. But they still stepped in and handled the situation with honesty, care, and true integrity. A huge thank you to Gwang, Vee, Aom, Tong, and Beem for going above and beyond. You turned a stressful situation into something smooth and reassuring. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand.

  Huge room, massively comfortable, super comfortable bed, super comfortable couch, strong air conditioning, new place well maintained, very tidy and well stocked. If you need to spend time in doors in Bangkok this is your place. Kitchen with utensils, washer/dryer, fridge. Great pressure shower, only issue is its a bit hot. Free shuttle bus. Gym is tiny but workable and open until 2200 at least. Big TV's that actual have ok picture and sound. I got sick so ended up spending a bit of time in the room and we loved it. They also gave us a late check out for free. Staff are absolutely beautiful as well

  I booked at this hotel for the quiet considering it's away from the centre of the city but unfortunately there is little soundproofing in the rooms I could here people coming and going and walking above me and talking. Overall the staff were good but I had my partner laughed at by housekeeping for asking for some toilet paper and was not given any, I want out myself and asked, they said yes but never come with it, I had to ask for toilet paper 6 time by 3 different staff members before I got any. I would like to mention the miss leading pictures of the rooms and facilities. Overall the hotel was ok but when we return to Thailand, we will not be booking this location or recommending to anyone travelling.
