First impression staff was amazing. Bell boy took my luggage case and made sure it had a tag on it while i waited for my room. Receptionist was a bit confused and gave me a little attitude. I requested online that i check in as soon as possible and when i showed up only half an hour early for check in she asked me weird questions like if i was checking in or if i know my check in time. Like hellooooo, yes i am obviously checking in and I just wanted to check in early was but she made me wait until 2:30 sharp so i went outside and walked around. Really odd behavior. The room was decent touristprice. I didn't really like the location of this place because there was really no night life anywhere near this place so expect to always get a bolt. I really hope the bell boy gets a raise because I have never met any staff in my life that was so respectful and humble to me. I gave the receptionist a bottle of Hong Kong and told her to give it to him so I hope he got it.

Close to the BTS so location is great They have great service and their staff is friendly. Especially the guards Very secure place with the security guards and finger print system Rooftop pool and a gym on level 33 - omg 😱 Place is pretty modern and it’s decent size for the price. Great value.
