Good, big rooms, comfortable beds and good water pressure for a nice shower. The AC can be a bit noisy, but also depends on which room you get. Perfect location. And the staff are super-efficient and considerate people.

To be honest, for the price this is the best one around. My family and i love this place. Downstairs have noodle shop and the thai classic chicken and rice. For 40-50thb you can have delicious full meal. Very near to 7-11 , starbucks and mc donalds. Room was spacious. Big bed that fits 2 pax 2 kids (5+7yrs old) Only complaint i got was the smell of a bit smoke sticked on the room. But we did managed to sleep comfortably. Have hot water. Ac is old but its so cold. We only used it for sleeping at 27 degrees. Turning off everything before we go for the day for adventure. Khun Sok in line app is helpful. I had smooth check in. I work in hospitalityso i understand about everything. Please support this place. Clean up your trash and dont smoke inside the rooms. Despite small things im not happy with i understand everything not perfect.i look at the good things about this place.iwill come back again. By the way theres no parking for car buti parked on nearest temple for a fee.all good

Good value for money and a solid option for budget travelers. There is some noise from parties outside, so it’s not the quietest place, but nothing unexpected for the area. The room had good water pressure and reliable hot water, which was a big plus. One thing to note: room cleaning costs an extra 200 THB, so if you’re staying more than two nights, be prepared for a full trash bin. That said, when I asked for fresh towels, they were provided with no problem. Overall, great value for the price and a convenient choice if you’re traveling on a budget. There’s also a restaurant downstairs that smells amazing.
