Loftel 22 Hostel

First hostel in Bangkok. Love the place so much, super clean, quiet, good location and top quality service. Also as a nice coffee shop downstairs. After 2 nights at the dorms I’ve extended my stay by 2 nights in a 1 bed room and it’s lovely as much or even more! Highly recommended ♥️

Nice hostel in the middle of Chinatown, everything was clean and well maintained. Location is just great! There is also a coffee shop/cafe on the first floor with affordable prices. Nice stuff and speaking English well! Great for few nights. The only thing that is missing a small kitchen, as there are only fridge and kettle.

Had a lovely stay at the Loftel 22 Hostel for 2 days in June 25. Our room was a 4-bed no window dorm, although there were no other guests during our stay which made it more spacious. Hard bed but comfortable pillow. Room was very clean, blanket and towel provided, with AC in the room too, which made it a very comfortable sleep. Hostel was quiet. All facilities were very clean. Bathroom (shower and toilet) is outside, but close to room. Very clean, shampoo and soap provided with ample room to hang towels etc. Amenities were basic but had more than we expected. Hostel has fridge, kettle, microwave, filtered water, lockers, laundry (40 baht for self washing or drying which was very helpful for us or 24 hour laundry services if needed) and a rooftop area. It is a family run hostel with staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Good location, 7/11 next door and a number of local coffee shops and restaurants near by. Just 15 minutes walk from Chinatown, 10 mins walk from metro station or boat station on the river, bus stop just outside and central location for quick cabs to either side of the city. Cafe downstairs had good coffee. Would recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a cheap stay in Bangkok. Didnt see many other guests so ideal for a quiet stay. If seeking community and nightlife would stay elsewhere.
