I’m glad people are finally posting honest reviews of this clinic. Who knows how long they’ll stay up before being cleaned up or buried by the PR team. In any case, I also feel compelled to share my negative experience. Like other reviewers, I flew from the U.S. specifically to have eyelid surgery at this clinic after being influenced by the glowing reviews and beautiful before-and-after images. I’m glad I paid full price rather than being offered a discount in exchange for a positive review. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision before traveling here. I agree with those who have called out the clinic’s customer service — it was disappointing. On the day of my appointment, the staff were curt and unwelcoming. I felt rushed and pressured to move forward, even while signing stacks of paperwork. Before choosing this clinic, I had sent multiple reference images via Line showing the eyelid results I wanted. None of that seemed to matter. During the five-minute pre-surgery consultation, the doctor asked me what I wanted as if he had never seen the references. I regret letting my nerves take over and not asking more detailed questions about the expected outcome. In hindsight, I placed too much trust in a surgeon I had never spoken to prior to the day of surgery. Privacy was also a major issue. Staff were constantly present, even during what should have been a private consultation with the surgeon. While taking before-and-after photos, other patients were also free to walk around and stare, which felt incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, there was aggressive upselling: I was strongly pushed to purchase an entire syringe of Botox even though the doctor had only recommended a small amount on one side of my forehead where I had some wrinkles. I didn’t feel I had enough time to think it through, and I ultimately agreed under pressure. The surgery itself was painful, which was expected given that I underwent multiple procedures (ptosis correction, double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and lower blepharoplasty). Despite asking to opt out of Botox by the end of the surgery, the doctor administered it anyway. I can’t say for sure if it’s related, but it took a long time for me to fully open the eye on the side where Botox was injected. My eyes were extremely swollen and uneven for more than a month before things began to settle. Now, at three months post-op, I feel like my eyelid creases are too high, giving me a “sausage-eye” appearance. I’m hoping this improves with time, since the thought of undergoing a revision surgery is exhausting. I’m also unsure whether I could trust this clinic again after such a poor initial experience. For anyone considering similar procedures: please ask clinics for before-and-after photos of real patients without makeup and from multiple angles. Don’t rely solely on curated images or glowing reviews.

I decided to go with this clinic after reading many reviews, as I believed the doctor would be skilled. Overall, I feel that the doctor and medical team did a good job on my eye surgery, and the doctor’s technique was satisfactory. However, what I was not happy with was the staff / sales team. There was a strong attempt to push Botox injections, which made me feel uncomfortable. They also showed me photos of unattractive scars from an album, even though the cost of the eye surgery itself was already over fifty thousand. It felt like they were implying that my scars would turn out badly unless I paid extra for forehead Botox. After watching videos from other doctors, I understood that Botox was not necessary, so I chose not to do it. In the end, my scars turned out fine and were nothing like the photos they used to scare me. After the surgery, the medical team’s care was generally okay. However, some of the responses I received felt like they were subtly blaming my skin condition, even though my eyelid skin was not like that before the surgery. This made things unclear and somewhat confusing.

Visited from the States and did not feel like this was the most professional or welcoming place compared to the other clinics in Thailand. We tried to not dress nice because we didn’t want to be scammed for extra money like the other foreigners overseas and I felt like it made the staff not be as accommodating. The doctor was actually very nice, but the staff were mediocre. I felt like the business focused more on collecting profit than customer needs and we were extremely disappointed. My mom decided to do 3 services but after the first two, she opted for the doctor to not perform the last service because she was in too much pain after the first two procedures. The staff in the operating room accused her of taking vitamins that’s why she was bleeding so much. When I heard this I was furious. Additionally the other staff kept insisting that she would have a credit until next year and didn’t want to refund her for the 3rd session that was not performed. I told the staff that we would not be able to come back next year, but the girl kept insisting, so I had to insist to hire an attorney. In the end, they decided to refund the remaining payment, but the good feeling about this clinic was already lost. I would still not recommend this place to foreigners from overseas. Choose the KLINIQUE or Teeraporn Clinic for better staff accommodation and treatment.
