The store is terrible. I bought a Labubu there, and it turned out to be a fake. There is no QR code on the toy’s tag, which clearly indicates that the Labubu is fake. In the Pop Mart system, there are two factors confirming the authenticity of the toys: the barcode and the code on the packaging, as well as the QR code on the toy’s tag itself, which links directly to the official Labubu website. The toy you sold me — while assuring me it was an original product — has no QR code. When I opened the box, which was sealed with regular tape, you began to insist that it was a genuine Labubu, even though I showed you immediately after unboxing that the item you sold me was a counterfeit. If you are truly confident about its authenticity, you should have admitted it, since you now claim that an original Labubu must have a QR code on the toy itself. However, you did not respond in any way and made me look foolish. I had to go directly to Pop Mart, where they clearly confirmed that the toy you sold me is a fake!! Now this so-called counterfeit, has become my dog’s toy. I am very disappointed, and my comment will remain here permanently. I hope that other customers reading this will understand that you either do not know what you are selling or you are deliberately deceiving your clients.
