Mad Monkey Bangkok

My second time staying at the mad monkey in Bangkok. Absolutely loved my stay both times. The bar and pool area is so nice and a great place to meet other backpackers. Mattresses in the room are a bit hard but really not bad at all. I slept very well here.

The hostel itself is nice and it’s a great place to meet new people. They offer wonderful activities that make it easy to socialize and enjoy your stay, which is definitely a big positive. However, my experience with the reception was very disappointing. The staff were not welcoming or kind, and the customer service was poor. It didn’t feel like they cared much about guests or making them feel comfortable, which really affected the overall experience.

Loved everything about this gorgeous hostel! From the check in to the check out everything was taken good care of by Money and Nabi. They became like friends by the end of my stay here. The staff - money, nabi, darling and baby are the true pillars here. They ensure comfort and safety! Pub crawl was AMAZING! Had a great chance to meet a lot of folks. Also if you’re traveling solo, there is no other place better than This ❤️🌻
