Actually an exceptional stay here. I say that for breakfast too. Seems like you can eat anything you want off the regular menu which is quite nice, plus a small buffet. Enchanted by the service from the ladies serving in the morning as well. Room seems new and contemporary looking certainly no issues about cleanliness. Big comfy bed, full service kitchen with clean new appliances, and a big, sparkly bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. My balcony did face a barrier between it and a highway so definitely no view. There's probably not a good view in this whole odd, triangular shaped hotel located between that highway and a noisy main Street. But it's first rate inside. One employee did annoy me. Actually checking out annoyed me too. Staff needs training on credit cards.

It was a perfect stay at Marriott executive apartments. The staff is very polite and helping all amenities are up to the mark rooms are spacious as well. It was a perfect vacation. Perfect stay no Complaint about it. Only thing they people need check is, they must change the toiletries and bathroom accessories like towels, et cetera daily I know it’s not an hotel but apartments, but still, and that’s why I remove one star from Service all is good and all is great.

Two Stays, One Unforgettable Marriott Experience! On my recent travels, I had the pleasure of staying at both Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit 50 and Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit 101. Both exceeded my expectations. At Sukhumvit 50, I enjoyed the best night’s sleep in a super-luxurious bed, a fantastic bathroom, and food so delicious I must compliment the chef. The atmosphere felt warm, safe, and welcoming; perfect for a solo traveler. The team is friendly, attentive, and clearly led by a great leader, GM Alexander Schöll, whose professionalism, presence and competence sets the tone for both properties. Sukhumvit 101 offers an even higher level of comfort and elegance, with a gorgeous pool that’s perfect for a refreshing break from the city buzz. The interiors radiate understated luxury, the gym is excellent, and the same outstanding service makes you feel instantly at home. In both locations, the attention to detail, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality made me feel cared for and they are both perfect for longer stays or a quick visit to this vibrant city. These are not just hotels, they are luxurious urban retreats.

Negative Reviews
I’d like to concur with other reviewers regarding the location. The rooms are clean and spacious. Having the convenience to wash your clothes and dine with proper plates and utensils is a warm welcome. Staff is cordial and they try to accommodate with the limited staffing that was available during my stay. I had a safe that stopped working and they were able to help fix it the next day. The main issue I have with this property is not the property itself but how billing was inaccurately posted and my bill along with stay date was both incorrect and over charged. It took weeks on my end to get it corrected and still as to date, I had stayed in January 2026, the bill was for the incorrect dates. I stayed for a week and they marked it for less than half that time. Thankfully the I was eventually refunded the overcharge. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I do not know how this can be a mess up in the first place. I would not return to this property solely on the fact that I can’t trust to be billed properly.

we were there on Fab 2025 about 40days. it’s was one girl staff on rooftop did reply us by question after we asked her that can we bring outside food to sitting around pool area. *** Her question is “Do you have a room here?” *** that the most nonsense question ever. 1. for good manner, it shouldn’t answer question by question. (any hotel must train their staff.) 2. we get judged by staff from the hotel that we paid them more than 150,000THB. 3. for the worse case, we can presume that she is racism staff (I’m thai but my boyfriend is black) sorry for late review, but we can’t forget it although it was pass about 8months. every staff apart from her was nice, especially the chubby security boy. he supposed to be manager there.
