Absolutely incredible service and very fairly priced because I asked around several places. I did a beta HCG test twice and the results came so quickly. The customer service is absolutely amazing. I don’t have local number so I was able to WhatsApp them very easily. It’s in a very convenient location . Walking distance from terminal 21. Thanks so much to the team ❤️

My wife and I visited the BDMS Wellness Center for dental care on December 6th, 2025. The reception area, waiting room, and dentist's office were exceptionally clean, modern, and luxurious. Despite arriving without an appointment around 4 PM on a Saturday, the reception team, James, Faii, and Kim, graciously accommodated us and provided a warm, genuine welcome. Dr. Dulyaphong extended his hours until 7 PM to get it done with our dental treatment. We extend our gratitude to the entire team and look forward to our return visit in six months, for which we have already scheduled appointments for root canal treatment and other dental care. I had a great experience at MedEx! The location is very convenient, right near BTS Nana, making it easy to get to. The service was incredibly fast, and I received my results in just 3 hours, which was amazing. I paid about $400 for a methylation test at this clinic in Bangkok. I was clearly told I would receive the results within three weeks. It has now been two months, and I still have nothing. Throughout this time, I’ve been given repeated excuses—claims that the test was stuck in customs, or that it would arrive “on this date” or “on that date.” Each promise passed with no results. The most recent commitment was January 2nd. It’s now eight days later, and again, nothing. At this point, I honestly don’t know whether this is a scam, extreme disorganization, or simply very poor communication and customer care. But if you promise results in three weeks and fail to deliver even after two months, the bare minimum would be transparency, accountability, or a refund. Instead, all I’ve received are empty promises. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this clinic. I feel like I threw my money away, and I would not trust them with any expensive testing or time-sensitive results.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
