Beware — your jewellery is at serious risk of being stolen! After two months of travelling around Thailand, I can honestly say this was by far the worst hotel I stayed at. Not only was the service terrible, but they also stole my favourite labradorite stone necklace, which was extremely valuable to me — both in cost and sentiment. I hadn’t had a single thing go missing my entire trip until I stayed here, and I’m 100% certain it happened at this hotel since it was my final stop. To make things worse, the staff treated guests poorly and the room was disgusting — hair everywhere, clearly not cleaned properly. The pool was in horrible condition with pigeon droppings all around it. It looked nothing like the photos online — don’t be fooled by their misleading pictures. All in all, this was the worst night of my entire trip. I’m beyond disappointed and will never stay here again. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

I don't want to talk about the small room, no amenity, and uncomfortable mattress, because this place is not expensive. But it's basically unable to tolerate because they have 0 noise isolation - you hear clearly what people talk, and the door slam with great noise. Yeah of course, you hear clearly each motorcycle and car pass by on the street in front, a great 3D effect. I don't want to say the staff are rude, but they're 100% not friendly. You feel they hate their work and they hate the guests.

Make sure you use one of the booking apps for this one. I paid £35 for a room that woul as a walk-in due to friends not being able to accommodate md due to quake displacement. When querying price gouging this morning, I was told that the offer is only available after 7pm. I've just been onlinecat 9am and can get a room for £20 now! A huge difference to the £35 rip off at the front desk!
