Lovely place! Service was so amazing! The staff was helpful 24/7. My luggage was delayed from the airport, and on the staff members called Nam really helped me get in touch with thai airways and helped keeping up on any updates on my luggage through the whole process. It was so helpful in a stressful situation. Thank you so much for the great service!

We stayed in a Quintuple Room for five people with a private bathroom. The room was spacious and had a sofa and a TV. We also stayed in a Superior Quadruple Room for four people with a private bathroom. This room was not spacious and did not have a sofa or a TV. One thing we appreciated was that early check-in was available. Overall review: - Wi-Fi connected properly - Clean and spacious bathroom in the Quintuple Room - Affordable price

Stayed 14 days with one year old baby and had a bad experience. Room was dirty, many mosquitoes, and safety felt poor. Not suitable for families or long stays.

The window couldn’t be closed (basically there was only the curtain), so a rat came into the room while I was sleeping and bit me. Had to get rabies vaccination. The night receptionist acted as if she did me a favour for giving me a different room, and I’m still waiting for my refund (owner didn’t seem to care also.. tried to pass the responsibility to the booking website). The place does NOT look as in the photos.
