I had a very good stay at MetroPoint Hotel. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby areas, and there is plenty of parking available. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. A practical and well-located hotel that works great for both business and leisure trips.

had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout my visit. One thing I really liked is that the hotel is conveniently located not far from the Yellow Line train close enough to travel easily, yet just far enough to feel calm and away from the busy main streets. It’s a comfortable and well-managed hotel with a friendly atmosphere, and it added a nice sense of convenience to my trip. I would be happy to stay here again

The room was okay. But the AC remote doesn’t work properly. It was wrapped in tape. The TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night but the remote wasn’t working at all to turn it off , so I had to unplug the TV. The shower was just a few feet away from the toilet seat so the toilet area was always wet. The night shift reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious for me but limited choice. The towels were in bad shape (fluffy on the edges).

The hotel was okay overall, clean and but not a convenient location for tourist as everything was 40-50 mins away, thought it was quiet and less crowded. However, the hospitality felt a bit off, possibly due to a language barrier. We were expecting a slightly warmer and more welcoming experience. Still, an acceptable stay overall.
