This is a clinic and there was a lot of local people there. However they did speak enough English to help me and I found their services very helpful.

This is the international clinic that is a branch of the well-known Wat Rai King government eye hospital in Nakhon Pathom. "International" means it is run like a private clinic and at least one receptionist and one doctor speak English. For obvious reasons prices are higher than the hospital but still very reasonable. Some of the hospital surgeons work at the clinic on Saturdays. It can be very busy on Saturday yet sometimes quiet enough to walk in without an appointment on weekdays. I have visited the clinic many times for consultation and then after-care regarding cataract operations and also for anterior uveitis caused by the reactivated chickenpox virus. The ophthalmologists are very knowledgeable - as good as those at the nearby private eye hospital - and always willing to listen and answer questions. However, visitors who don't speak Thai should call ahead and make an appointment with an English-speaking doctor.

Optometrists and Ophthalmologists in Bangkok that are available to see patients on short notice (during their open hours). The wait is long when walking in so it’s advised to go on a weekday and get an appointment where possible ahead of time to minimize your wait. They sell an excellent eye cleaning foam that is not harsh on the eyes for 331 Baht. It contains tea tree oil and makes my eyes feel very fresh after use. An eye cleaning service is also available and I would recommend this as I have benefited greatly from the cleaning. It was not painful at all and the nurse used a cotton bud to clean my eye thoroughly. I am grateful to have found this eye Center and my eye health has improved greatly since my first appointment. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses who assisted me.
