wonderful hotel with rooftop pool, modern rooms, and the friendliest staff I have ever experienced🥰....truly, everyone was wonderful and seemed like they enjoyed working there❤️ the man at the reception with glasses was so sweet, and even sent a package for us during his personal time since he couldn't leave the reception during his work hours🙏🥹. would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Bangkok👌. prices are also amazing for the position and amenities🤷👍.

Reception and staff were great, room was large and comfortably firm bed. Bathroom is a nice size but the shower needs HOT water and looks like mould around the bottom edges. Room 804 faces the back and has a neighbour with cockerels. The cock-a-doodle-do all day and even heard them as early as 4am. Thank goodness I have industrial earplugs with me. Location is a let down as there is nothing near by except an abundance of street food vendors. No bars or nightlife. There is a wonderful garden restaurant that’s not too far away called The Westwood. Swimming pool on roof is a great plus here too.

SCAM BEWARE. From the moment I checked in, things were wrong. The room was missing basic necessities like soap and toilet paper — the absolute bare minimum any hotel should provide. The bathroom situation was just as bad. The water pressure was extremely weak, and there was no hot water. Taking a shower was uncomfortable and frustrating. For a hotel, having functioning hot water and decent water pressure should not even be a question. The worst part happened with housekeeping and checkout. After being out all day, I returned late at night to find that my room had been “made,” but my pillowcases had been replaced with visibly dirty ones that had deep purple stains. These were clearly not fresh stains. I was exhausted and checking out early the next morning, so I didn’t go down to complain at midnight. At checkout, staff inspected the room and then accused me of staining the same pillowcase that housekeeping had put on my bed. I was forced to pay for it. First, the receptionist claimed the stains were makeup — which was completely false, as I did not wear any makeup during my stay. When that excuse didn’t hold up, the explanation suddenly changed to “dye.” I did not use any dye either. The story kept changing, which made it obvious they were trying to justify an unfair charge. Instead of taking responsibility for their own housekeeping mistake, they blamed the guest and took money for something I did not do. That is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If you stay here, take photos of everything in your room the moment you walk in — especially the bedding. Otherwise, you may end up paying for their mistakes. Terrible service, poor maintenance, and dishonest handling of the situation. I will not be returning.

Bad experience – not 4-star level This hotel is not up to 4-star standards at all. The room smelled strongly like fresh paint, and the bed sheets were dirty. I didn’t even ask to change rooms—only requested clean sheets—but the staff didn’t resolve the issue. In the end, I wasted my money and had to book another hotel and move out. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Either increase your budget slightly for a better hotel, or choose a cheaper place knowing you’re traveling on a budget—but this place doesn’t justify its price.

Staff are friendly, I did get charged an extra 200 baht at the end of my stay as they’d calculated the price wrong. Regardless the stay was fine. The pool area is nice enough but there is only one umbrella at a dining table and a small shaded area so unless you want to bake in the sun it’s not ideal. It’s open later in the evening than other hotels we’ve stayed at, nice for an evening dip after sunset and great views of the city. The pool is a tarp type with a wooden decking built around it so not flashy but it is functional. Staff are friendly and laid back. Food prices decent but we didn’t eat here. Bed hard and pillows bouncy. Room is a good size, bedside table on one side only in our room. Had to turn a chair around to use on the other side. Balcony is good with a drying rack but no furniture to sit outside. Some black mould in the shower. Stained bed sheets. Location is not ideal but there are some places to get food nearby and a nice massage spot called blutique a short walk away. There are shuttle buses to the local station early in the day and a single shuttle towards asiatique in the early evening. Towels, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush kit provided along with basic tea and coffee, fridge and kettle but don’t expect much else. In conclusion this is a fine no frills budget hotel for a few days stay but I was ready to move on to somewhere more comfortable after a couple of nights.
