Convenient and clean! There is a convenience store nearby, it takes 1 min walk. MRT takes a 30-second walk. The Convention Centre and PRAQ are just opposite the hotel and there are many restaurants inside. The room is cosy and the staff are really nice and helpful. I recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for the first time while attending a trade show and felt very comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. The service and friendliness at the restaurant were excellent, and I really enjoyed both the food and the cocktails. A special thank you to Big, who took great care of me and served me a fantastic Mai Tai as well as some other excellent cocktails. A very pleasant first experience, and I would be happy to stay here again!

15th floor rooms are excellent. Staff are friendly. But when you call asking for a service, they say ok then ignore you. Happened three times to me. Not sure if it's language, overwhelmed staff, or i had lousy people, which is rare in Thai hospitality industry, but happened with me. Edit: added two stars because of their prompt reply.
