Happy with my return stay! I would like to commend the hotel team for their excellent service throughout our stay. Although we experienced two days of disturbed sleep due to continuous door slamming from a service door diagonally across our room starting around 8:30AM, the counter staff handled the situation very professionally and kindly. When we requested a room change, they were extremely helpful and efficient. After we packed our luggage, they assisted us with the room transfer, making the process smooth and stress-free. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of receiving a handwritten card and letter to apologize for the noise inconvenience. That personal touch meant a lot and showed genuine care for guests’ comfort. Overall, the service from all the staff was very good — everyone was friendly, approachable, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, which has a very chill and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The only area for improvement would be the pillows. A single pillow was too flat, but stacking two made it too high, which made it slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. Improving the pillow options would make the stay even better. Despite the minor issue, we had a pleasant experience and appreciate the team’s effort in ensuring our comfort.

Our stay at Moxy Bangkok was absolutely five-star from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends modern design with comfort, and the rooms are smartly designed with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, especially in the lobby and bar area, which creates a great social vibe without feeling overwhelming. The staff truly made the difference — always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, access public transport, and enjoy nearby attractions. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. For value, comfort, and overall experience, Moxy Bangkok exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok. Five stars all the way!

The most Instagrammable hotel in Bangkok ✨ 🪩🎬The first thing that catches your eye is the colorful reception desk, designed in the style of an American theater — it instantly sets the fun, playful tone of the hotel. On the same floor, you’ll find a whole entertainment zone with air hockey, pool tables, and foosball, making the lobby feel more like a social hub than a traditional hotel space 🍸On the same floor, you’ll find the bar and restaurant, and this is also where breakfast is served. We only stayed for two days, but the breakfasts were varied and didn’t feel repetitive at all — plenty of options to choose from each morning! 🌃The rooms are designed in a loft style, with massive floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to the Bangkok skyline. The real highlight is the 32nd-floor bar: delicious cocktails, super reasonable prices, and insane 360° views over Bangkok ✨ Would absolutely stay here again💯
