Multi Dent Dental Clinic

My wife and I visited Multident Dental Clinic on Tuesday morning while we were in Bangkok, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had booked in advance, arrived at 11am, and by the time we left we had both had our composite teeth done. The work was absolutely outstanding — the results look fantastic and the price was very good. The service was 10 out of 10. The dentist who carried out our treatment was extremely professional and skilled, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the whole visit. We were so impressed that we have already recommended the clinic to our friends, and they are ready to go and get their teeth done as well. What more can I say — keep up the great work, you are the best! Thank you very much. Mr. West 😁

I was looking for a place near my accommodation to get teeth whitening and found this clinic with great reviews. I also asked my host for a recommendation and, coincidentally, he genuinely suggested the same place, so I figured it would be a great choice. Before going, I cleared up several doubts over WhatsApp. I asked if it was possible to do only the whitening, and they said yes — they would still do a free dental check-up (as shown in the photo). I also asked if I could choose the Single package, which included a cleaning and a shorter whitening session (15 min), and, if I felt it was necessary, upgrade to the Double package, which had a longer whitening time (30 min) and didn’t include cleaning (both were the same price, only the inclusions differed). The answer was yes, and that in that case I’d just need to pay for the extra cleaning (as also shown in the photo). So we booked the Single whitening for me and my husband. Everyone treated us very well — I have no complaints about that. However, when we were leaving, the receptionist gave us a bill that included the Double whitening and the Basic check-up package, which we never requested. When we questioned the amount, she issued a new bill, this time correct: Double + cleaning + sterilization, exactly as explained earlier on WhatsApp. Even so, she said she was giving us a “discount,” when in fact that was just the proper price. The whitening was indeed done for 30 minutes (Double), but we didn’t like that no one asked beforehand if we wanted to upgrade. As for the results, mine was satisfactory, but my husband’s was a bit below expectations — although we understand that can vary from person to person. Overall, the service was good, but we really didn’t like how the billing part was handled.

Great experience here! I got my dental cleaning and the doctor and dental assistant were very professional. Great communication as well!! Would come back 😊
