I stayed here for a total of 7 nights..the rooms are clean and well maintained..same same for the bathroom..I stayed in a double with private bathroom for 750 baht per night..they also offer a half day if you are leaving in the evening..the location is a 5 min walk to khosan road but far enough away to be quiet..all the staff have been very helpful and friendly..the restaurant downstairs has delicious food both Thai and western..I would definitely recommend My House Guesthouse to anyone coming to Thailand..

This place is located in a beautiful area..surrounding restaurants have live music and its a happening place...this place have a restaurant with good food and friendly prices...a large chang beer costs 90 baht and they have private rooms from 750-250 baht...a double fan room for 2 people with private bathroom costs 350 baht..it's budget friendly...and if you wanna blast of a party it's a 15min walk to khoasan road ...7/11 is 15min away and ATM's are located close by...so is the bus stop and there are 2 of them it's one of the most budget friendly places in this area surrounded by a peaceful vibe

Relatively quiet, a comfortable place to stay. Good prices in their restaurant (their cappuccino is great and their poached eggs are excellent!) and friendly staff. Easy walk to Khao San Road (if that's your thing) and plenty of other places to eat and drink. A 7-11 is conveniently close, down the end of a small alley. Rooms on the small side and no fridge or kettle, but still ok. We enjoyed our stay here 😊

The good thing it has to offer is it's combination of location and not noisy rooms. The downside is a bit of a longer list. Staff was a bit rude when checking in, we thought it might be that it was late at night, but they were also a bit rude when asking about leaving luggage or checking out. I've still given 5 stars on service as I'd like to believe this is not how they usually behave. When checking out you have to pay to leave your luggage somewhere safe, first hotel ever that I've come across this. Using the app bounce you can find cheaper options, I recommend going to an Indian restaurant right next to Klassen road where you can leave anything for 40 baht per person. The rooms where super small, some even smelt bad. The bathroom is probably the worst part of it, smell comes from the piping in there, the shower has so little pressure you can barely feel clean and it's so small you shower together with the toilet.
