We had the best time at Na Tanao staying in the beautiful Jitta room. The entire “hometel” is gorgeous, and peaceful to come home to after exploring the busy city. The manager, Lynn, made us feel so welcome and gave great recs in addition to the wonderful local shops, street food, cafes, and restaurants that the owner curated for his favorite recs nearby. It made us feel like we were getting a local experience! We would have missed out on some gems without their recs. We loved the neighborhood. There is a beautiful rooftop, peaceful music, gorgeous rooms, and a family-owned feeling that made our stay our favorite hotel/“hometel” experience ever. Thank you so much!

Na Tanao 1969 just opened their rooftop 🍷✨ A small, cozy spot with an Old Town view that feels calm and close to the neighborhood. Perfect for a slow drink, a chat with friends, or a quiet moment above the street.

Absolutely beautiful stay at Na Tanao. Friendly owner and staff, always very accommodating and helpful. Comfortable and aesthetic room, it's quiet and very clean. The location is so close to everything, which is a massive point.

Despite having a confirmed reservation made months in advance, we were told upon arrival that the hotel was fully booked. The owner blamed booking.com and claimed he never received the reservation. We showed proof of our communication through booking.com, including messages about our arrival time, but this was dismissed with the explanation that anyone could have written those messages. The stay was already fully paid. We asked for a short written confirmation of the double booking to help with the refund process, but this was refused multiple times. Unfortunately, there was no apology and no effort to resolve the situation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property.
