We had the pleasure of brunching at Nana Coffee during our stay in Bangkok, and we even returned a second time. The place is magnificent: a beautiful garden, a pleasant space, and a refined atmosphere. The setting is truly well-designed and invites you to spend a pleasant moment. The food is clean, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. You can feel the true mastery in the kitchen: the cooking is precise, the ingredients are expertly handled, and the presentation is elegant. The coffees, for their part, are executed to perfection. The technical skill behind the bar is impressive, with true coffee specialists who have mastered their craft. As a chef, I would simply like to offer a small, constructive comment regarding the food: sometimes the flavors lack a little something extra. A touch more seasoning or an additional hint of character could really elevate some dishes from "excellent" to "exceptional." The only thing we truly missed was the customer service. The bar is open, and we can see several coffee specialists working with great precision. Yet, while seated at the counter, no one smiled at us or asked if everything was alright. Even a simple glance or a small gesture would make all the difference. We asked a question about a coffee machine; the response was very quick, then the person went back to chatting with their colleagues. This gives the impression that the human element and customer service are somewhat neglected. Another point that could further improve the experience is the ordering process. Since you have to order directly at the counter, and it's often very busy, people who don't speak the language well—like tourists—can feel a little lost and hesitate when making a choice. This sometimes slows down the queue. As a hospitality consultant, I think a simple solution would be to put menus on the tables. This would allow customers to take their time choosing at their leisure before ordering. This would make the experience smoother, reduce wait times at the counter, and improve comfort for everyone. It's a shame, because everything else is nearly perfect: the location, the quality of the products, the execution, the coffee. Ultimately, only a few details are missing—a touch more human warmth and slightly more streamlined organization—to make the experience truly exceptional.

We were looking for a breakfast place with good coffee and delicious breakfast meal, and NANA Coffee Roasters Ari did not disappoint! Apart from the exceptional food and drinks, we love the interiors, the very helpful staff and the fast serving of food. There was an event when we visited so the place was a bit noisy and the music of the DJ was a bit loud. It would have been better if the music was a bit toned down. But good thing the music choices were very tasteful so in the end we were able to enjoy our time. We’ll definitely come back! 😍

Absolutely amazing coffee bar! Calling it a bar is actually an understatement, it’s quite an experience. There are lots of roasts and blends to choose from, their dark house roast has a nice depth to it. Interior is minimalistic and from the looks of it recycled wooden furniture 👌🏽 (but I could be wrong). The courtyard is green and luscious and well taken care of 🌱Staff is also super friendly. I loved sitting down for a coffee at NANA 💚

Understand that there has been the new trend of Day Club with DJ recently. To be honest, I’m not prepared for this. If you want to have a quiet place with background music doing your work or reading book, this place might not be for you. It’s too loud and too crowded. It’s like you’re going to a bar, but with natural day light. I ordered Iced Cocoa (130TH - tall size) 50% sweet. Well, it’s still too sweet for me and couldn’t taste any Cocoa in there. A bit disappointed if you say it’s the famous cafe to check out in the area. I have certain expectation that they should nail the drink to be equivalent with the price they offer. The Secret Sandwich (310 THB) is really good. I like it a lot. Bread is crunchy and Tuna Melt is perfectly cheesy. It goes really well with hot sauce. Anyhow, it’s too over priced for me. Good experience for the first time visit. Unfortunately, I might not become their regular.
