  Love the hotel. Will definitely come back. We didnt want a place close to the busy street so we decided here since it was not located in the hustle and bustle. Suitable for those looking just to relax. Still closeby to get to the central by taxi or tuktuk. The hotel lobby is a spacious smoking area perfect for my friend. Staff is friendly. Room is spacious. No qualms. My aircond worked. They even provided iron and ironiny board when requested. Good wifi. Rain shower. Normal shower has great pressure. Suitable for those who want more of a family run, quiet, boutique vibe instead of fancy hotel

  really nice hotel, the staff is great, the rooms are clean. The swimming pool is just like the photos and not too warm. The location is also great, not too far from the ancient town and khao san road

  Good location, we walked to the river and boarded the hop on hop off boat to go to the Royal Palace, Laying Buddha, Wat Arun and China Town.Great coffee/ breakfast down the road. Local eateries are good. Room was clean. TV didn't work so replaced the batteries on the remote, still didn't work so they replaced it. The air con was a little noisy but the black out curtains were a bonus. Shower had plenty of hot water. Pool was refreshing, in the afternoon a little cool as no sun on it, some tiles have come off so does need a little tlc. Would stay here again for the location near the river, about a 20/ 15 minute walk. Not near train service so if you are shopping at Siam might be a bit far away.

  [Update] Trip.com contacted hotel staff after the report, which she called to apologize of unpleasantries. The hotel was a good value stay. The highlight is the pool area. Good-size bathroom, comfortable bed. The checkout was wonderful. The reception was extremely genuinely helpful with giving recommendations for massage and the service, offering to store luggage etc. [original incident on check in experience] DO NOT show up without cash. The staff is willing to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable if you show up without cash deposit. Although you have offered alternatives of transfer or credit card. I also asked where ATM was and was told ATM for my bank is far, please don’t walk. I asked what would she like me to do. She made sure I feel really unwelcome by telling me to forget about the deposit. It is fine - she will just be getting a warning from the management. This was my most unwelcoming check in experience with the passive aggressive comments. I ended up walking out to ATM feeling I had caused her burden otherwise. The room was OK to stay for the night. Please give your guests deposit options.

  Not sure how people review four and five. Staff are distant rooms are shabby shower nearly works but had more blocked holes. Sink had no stopper and cleaner said she was tired of reporting it. Shuttle service was not working the cafe and kitchen was closed always. Location was not that good and you really need to use grab taxi. It was quiet and peaceful through
