Rooms were clean and well maintained. Mattress can be abit hard to my liking but overall the hotel staff were friendly and courteous throughout. Very near to pratunam walking street and theres a buggy service to ferry guests over for those that are lazy to walk.

Room is small but comfy. Bed is one harder side but still better than some hotel. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Limited room amenities but can purchase from 7-11. There is a buggy service to 4 pick up/drop off points, two of it are 7-11. The nearest BTS is Phya Thai, one station away Siam. You may request for buggy pick up at point 1 for BTS station. Station 2 is near to December and Platinum Mall.

Our experience at NAP Hotel was truly amazing! Check-in was super fast, and we were even allowed to check in early, which was such a nice touch. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day — every time we came back, the beds were neatly made, the trash cleared, and everything looked fresh and inviting. It always felt so nice walking into a perfectly clean and cozy room. The staff at NAP Hotel are absolutely wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. One of the best parts is their 24/7 shuttle service, which makes getting to nearby spots so convenient and efficient. The location is also perfect — there are two 7-Elevens, a few massage places, and the BTS station is close by . The hotel’s interior design is modern and stylish, and the outdoor area is a great place to relax at night. Overall, we loved our stay at NAP Hotel and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Please do not stay at this hotel location is great away from the busy street but it is in the middle of residential areas where I didn’t feel safe. Room smelt like mold nobody how many times I sprayed the smell just wouldn’t go away. Shower was extremely slippery and not only that the there was no hot water it was more like warm. Not all. What really bothered me about this place was the air conditioner dripping water all over the floor to the point that I couldn’t even use the air conditioner while I sleep because it would wake me up. For some people it might be cheap but please same your money spend a lil bit more on better hotels near the area this hotel is terrible. The receptionist were extremely unsocialized specially the manager!!! The cleaners I have to say is what save this place and the baggy drivers/ door men see 3 of them extremely nice men.

location and service was good other than this one receptionist who had an early morning shift. unfortunately the bathroom smell soooo bad. the smell came from the drains and even though i turned on the fan 24/7 it couldn’t get rid of the smell. had to close the bathroom door all the time so that it doesn’t contaminate the whole room
