About

A well-located hostel steps from Khao San Road that manages to stay relatively quiet at night. Rooms come with oversized lockers, an open-air cafe provides a relaxed base, and staff are consistently praised for being friendly and helpful.

Great hostel to stay at if you want to go to Khao San Road. Clean rooms and giant lockers. Doesn’t get that loud at night considering how close to Khao San road it is. The staff is awesome - Senter, James, and Daniel were the best and there were some fun free events to join such as a language class and a cooking class! Definitely recommend the cooking class if you have the chance. If you join the events or just hangout in the lobby/outdoor area it’s easy to meet people too.

Amazing hostel, very close to khao san road but just far enough away that the noise won’t disturb you! Very reasonably priced! Come here and enjoy an amazing place and meet some fantastic people! Highly, highly recommend!!

If you want to stay close to the market, amazing street food, and the buzzing nightlife of Khao San Road and the surrounding area, Nappark is perfect. The bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and you get curtains for privacy. The air-conditioning works well too. The social scene is completely up to you — you can keep to yourself or join in. They host fun activities like Muay Thai sessions and cooking classes, which are great for meeting people. I originally booked for two days and ended up extending to ten. If you’re backpacking, exploring at your own pace, and want the option to socialise whenever you feel like it, this is definitely the right place.

I’m sorry to leave a low rating, because the Thai staff were always friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated their kindness. However, I had a negative experience with another staff member who was repeatedly rude to me when I came from my nearby hostel and spoke briefly (about one minute) with a guest. The way I was addressed felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I hope this can be improved, because the warmth of the local staff deserves to be reflected in the overall atmosphere..

This place is basically just a reception area (a very large lobby with mats or thin mattresses on the floor and small pillows that look like they haven’t been washed in months). The place is supposedly rented out so people can take a nap or sleep for a few hours, but the constant noise, bright lights, ongoing conversations, and people walking past you while you’re lying on the floor make it impossible to rest. Rather than being a place to relax, it’s the complete opposite. You simply can’t rest due to the noise, lights, and everything happening around you while you’re lying in the middle of a hotel reception
