The room is clean. It's hot in the lobby. The worst thing in the hotel is the lift. Even though you've taken the lift, you still have to use the stairs. It's so hard when you bring heavy bags or luggage.

On average good value for money. However, if you have (heavy) luggage you will have to carry it yourself on two stairs because the elevator has been constructed between the floors and does not exit on any floor. The main exit door opens inward which in case if an emergency is not a good construction and in most countries is against safety regulations.

Value for money. Rooms looks good in pics. Not bad for 499 baht. No glass 🥛🥛 in the room.

Excellent value, good under-roof parking, and parking right in front. Service is friendly but keep an eye for the tiny sings they inform you that you need to check out before 11am or you will be fined for late check out. If you want to get the room cleaned you will need to be present, room is simple, clean and well maintained, bed is comfortable for the price of the hotel, AC is clean and works well, Tv is small and clear image, hot shower, small balcony, I can recommend the hotel. The location is a bit far from the main road, but it's great if you're on a vehicle.
