This is probably the most exclusive condo in Ari and the closest condo to BTS. A big rooftop swimming pool and restaurants downstairs. Very convenient location, and the quality of building is pretty good.

It is the closest condo from BTS Ari. Take 1 minute. In other words, high level of noise from BTS and major roads are expected without surprise. Few coffee shops, sushi shop and western restaurant are located on G/F. Many street stalls are operated at night. It is convenient afor late birds. Yet, the conditions and cleanliness of roads should be improved in hygiene to avoid pest.
