As a place to live, this is by far the best I've experienced in Bangkok in this area for this budget and I've been at plenty of others. I've seen some crazy reviews on here: the walls are thick and quiet, I've never seen an insect in the apartment, facilities (pool, gym, garden spaces) are great (although some wood decking by the pool has long needed repair), all earthquake maintenance has been done. The location is great but there is traffic noise and more sirens than elsewhere due to proximity to hospitals and police stations.

Stayed 1 month. Careful with your keycards, I wasn’t warned that putting them next to almost anything can cause them to stop working. Phones, wireless chargers, batteries, etc. They should come in a Faraday pouch or something! Pool deck does need repair and gym could use more weights, less cardio, but they are in better condition than I’ve seen in this area. I wanted to continue on in the building but despite hundreds of listings online and nobody being here, I’ve been repeatedly told there’s nothing available. Interesting!

There are so many insects that I can't sleep… The horror of insects climbing the walls and entering rooms on upper floors. The corner unit on the 27th floor turned out to be infested with millipedes and giant geckos. The situation severely affected my mental health, and I had no choice but to move out. The air conditioner was old and broke down multiple times, forcing me to flee to hotels more than once. When I moved in, the bathroom was covered in mold and hair, but I cleaned it thoroughly and left the apartment in much better condition. Despite paying a one-month deposit, I couldn't endure staying there any longer. It was a terrible experience. I would never want to live in that unit again.

Honestly speaking. Way too many rules to a point where it doesn’t feel homely at all. You can’t have a doormat outside your own door. You can’t smoke in your own terrace. The walls are too thin that the neighbors keep complaining,& noise complaints aren’t just for loud music or loud arguing, your not even allowed to have a laugh in ur own home, the admins come knocking on your door. Half your tiny balcony is taken up by chunky AC units coz the building owner wants the building looking clutter free in their drone shots & doesn’t allow AC units outside the terrace. Pool deck is broken an poorly maintained, all plants in the garden are dead an poorly maintained. Lifts are usually out of service. You can’t have a lazy Sunday afternoon chilling by the pool coz no food and drinks are allowed. Everything is threatened with a 5000baht fine. The list goes on.
