Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square

This is my first time staying at Novotel Bangkok Siam Square, and I think this is the best Novotel I have ever stayed at. The staff, food quality, facilities, room cleanliness, ambience, and location were all excellent. Everything was very satisfying for us. It was truly an amazing stay. The Premier Lounge experience was also great, starting from the fast and easy check-in process. The staff greeted us with warm and genuine smiles. I was especially touched by the excellent service from Pae and Mint, as well as all the team members at this hotel. The hotel really feels like home for me.

The location is definitely the biggest advantage of this hotel. Being right in the Siam area makes it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. Everything is within walking distance, which is perfect for visitors who want to explore Bangkok easily. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a good layout and decent amenities. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. However, one downside for me was that the room did not have a bathtub, which I personally prefer when staying at a hotel in this category. I also visited the lounge, and while it was functional, it was not particularly impressive in terms of design or atmosphere. Compared to other hotels at a similar level, the lounge felt quite average and lacked a sense of luxury or uniqueness. Overall, it is still a good hotel choice mainly because of the excellent location and comfortable rooms. With some improvements to the facilities and lounge experience, it could easily be even better

We truly appreciated the kindness and attention shown by Anda and Tizz throughout our stay. They were warm, approachable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness to small details and readiness to help created a very welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you for upgrading our room, a thoughtful gesture that reflected their care and guest-first mindset. It’s clear that both Anda and Tizz have a natural talent for hospitality, combining kindness, professionalism, and great teamwork. They made our stay smoother and more enjoyable, and their positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Well done and keep up the great work.
