Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

Our one-night stay at the Novotel Bangkok was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient—we were surrounded by best malls and an endless variety of eating places, which made exploring so easy even with limited time. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. A huge thank you to the friendly and helpful staff, with a special mention to Affran and Eorn. Their exceptional service really added a personal touch to our stay. If you want to be in the heart of the action with great service, this is the place to be!

The location is very accessible to shopping markets, platinum and pratunam, also 7/11 near the entrance of hotel. Breakfast buffet is good and plenty of choices.available. Service were good and welcoming staffs. The hotel pool is clean spacious enough and has very good city views. Room is clean, bed is soft and the AC is cold. Bathroom is clean and spaciuos. Overall our experience was pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience at Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam, especially thanks to Receptionist Ms. Palmy. During my stay, I fell sick and she quickly arranged a doctor to visit the hotel. Due to my multiple drug allergies, I was advised to go to the hospital instead, and she made sure everything was properly handled. In the evening, she even sent a thoughtful fruit basket to my room. I was truly touched by her kindness and care. Excellent service and genuine hospitality — highly recommended! 🌟
