Oakwood Hotel & Residence Bangkok

This hotel was lovely - the location is perfect close to the BTS and right around the corner from a small shopping center with a food court & street food & 7-11. The hotel staff were 10 out of 10 - we had an issue with our key fob and the handy man fixed the lock on our door right away. The cleaning lady May was so kind and sweet - and left our room meticulous everyday. All of the staff at the front desk were there to guide us and answer any questions we had. It was our first time in Thailand. The pool was very refreshing in the hot mid day sun and breakfast was yummy ! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bangkok !

The hotel itself is very nice and it is situated on a very nice location,next to the Sathorn Taksin station where you can go with BTS train or boat every very in the town. The rooms are big enough, they have a small pool which is nice. The only thing I don’t like was a cleaning service , it always comes late, like they clean up room after noon sometimes after 4pm, I don’t know the reason.

I had a really nice stay at Oakwood Hotel. The housekeeper, May, was super kind and friendly. She kept the room very clean and well organized, which made the stay even more comfortable. The male staff at the hotel bar was also very nice and helpful. He even lent me a phone charging cable, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient. The hotel is close to Sathorn Pier and the BTS, so getting around is easy. There are good local food spots nearby, including a great som tam place just around the corner. There’s also a shopping mall close to the hotel, which makes everything very convenient. Overall, I really liked this hotel. Clean room, good service, and a great location. I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance. 💛
