Oakwood Residence Sukhumvit 24 Bangkok

Love this hotel. Great value, rooms are always clean, cleaning staff are very attentive, the reception staff are just outstanding. I wish they had a wider selection of the food at the restaurant (some of us dont eat Indian food) and that the tv signal was better, but the pros significantly outweigh the cons. I stay at this hotel almost monthly because of the outstanding staff, clean quiet room and comfortable beds.

I always receive excellent service at this hotel. I’m especially grateful to Fon, Ohmmy, Sue, Mac and managers at the front desk, as well as the doormen. They always welcome me back with warm smiles, which makes my stay so much better every day. As a frequent business traveler staying for 1–2 weeks at a time, the in-room washing machine is the most important feature for me. Most rooms are equipped with a new washer-dryer combo, which is incredibly convenient. (Note: The smallest room type does not have a laundry machine, so I recommend checking the room facilities carefully when booking). While it is perfect for business, I also highly recommend this hotel for tourists because of its prime location and excellent facilities. I’m on my way back to Japan now, but I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Oakwood Residences. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Particular call out to K. Fon and K. Hsu. Both excellent. The residence itself was spotless, comfortable, and well designed. It really felt like a home rather than a hotel residence. Everything from the room quality to overall experience was seamless. I’d absolutely stay here again.
