⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Suites Bangkok from 24–27 Feb 2026. Special thanks to Ake, who was always cheerful, helpful, and patient with our baggage and transport arrangements. Travelling with young kids and elderly parents was much easier because of his warm hospitality and proactive service. The rest of the team was also very kind and professional. Rooms are huge, about the size of a studio flat in Bkk. Fully fitted with washing machine, family sized fridge, a coffee pod machine & some detergent to get you started. Gym is the best I’ve seen in all my Bangkok stays - so so many machines and all super new and well cared for. Felt great to get a proper workout in after all that overeating!

I’ve stayed at Oakwood four times now and it’s always been a great setup for our family. The 2-bedroom suite is perfect, and having a separate playroom area for the kids makes a huge difference. Location is also super convenient — close to the BTS, so getting around Bangkok is easy. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine only the front desk ladies named lalana and kannika , dunno is which one but the look more mature is the worst attitude and not professional enough. Yes okay u can explain to me the hotel policy even no matter how frustrated i am , you should not talk sarcastically. Asking stupid questions like do i need the extra bed since i already paid for it. Location is good neat bts and 7-11 and malls, housekeeping service is good. Rooms abit small but still acceptable The worst is the front desk ladies, if you are those look rich, wealthy probably she will not talk sarcastically… given that stretch rows got other hotels i will not consider this hotel anymore when i visit bangkok again I am definitely not going to pay a price to suffer anger and need to see that face of hers .. there are better choices of hotels here…. Visit bangkok so many times this the worst hotel experience i ever had. Stay in amari etc hotels at pratunam areas also never so angry before: NEVER EVER GONNA STAY HERE ANYMORE !
