From the moment we walked in, the team at Oldsiam Jewellery Solutions made the whole custom jewellery process feel easy and stress free. We had our own stones and wanted something meaningful made from them, and Tulip was incredible in helping turn that idea into something real. She took the time to explain options, materials, and design details in a way that was clear and never overwhelming. We always knew what stage things were at and felt genuinely looked after. The final ring is beautiful and full of personal meaning for us. Huge thanks to Tulip and the team. These guys are the best and cannot recommend them highly enough.

My partner and I had a custom ring made here (not an engagement ring 😄) using some precious stones that were really special to us, which we’d picked up loose in Sri Lanka. We only had a vague idea of what we wanted, but the team at Oldsiam Jewellery Solutions talked us through every step of the process, offered great advice, and kept us updated at each stage. The communication was excellent from start to finish. We are beyond happy with both the service and the final product. The quality exceeded our expectations, and it was also significantly cheaper than we ever expected for this level of craftsmanship. We’ll be recommending these guys to all our Australian friends visiting Bangkok and will definitely be sending more work their way. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
