One One Bangkok Hotel

Really a beautiful hotel for the price. The rooms are brand new. The doors are beautiful. The faucets are beautiful. Everything is really nice and modern and quiet.

Overall our stay was good. We were made extra comfortable with the attentive housekeeping, especially friendly “M” who made sure each day we had more than we asked for. She honestly is a gem and I hope One One appreciates what an asset she is to their team. Rooms were spacious and had all the required amenities, including a desk space with multiple plug points for various purposes. (see photos) Beds and pillows were comfortable though a little bit hard for the mattress - we asked for extra mattress topper and that made a huge difference. The only thing that I wish they would change or improve on, is how their wifi connects. It kept logging itself out while in our room, which meant we needed to log back in to wifi if we hadn't used the internet for a few minutes. Didn't matter if it was our laptops or phone, you had to keep logging back in with the password. Rather annoying and disruptive while working, when you're staying there for 2 weeks too. Wifi speed was good enough for Zoom calls. Other than that, there's a TukTuk that can take you down to the BTS/MRT on Thong Lor and at select times, usually late afternoons onwards. Since it's a good walk to get there. You're in the heart of Ekkamai, so if that's important to you, then it's a good spot. Little bit of road noise if you're in the street facing rooms. So if you're sensitive to noise and don’t wear earplugs, ask for a back facing room. There is no early check-in options if you arrive before 12pm. Make sure to request this beforehand if you intend to arrive early. Rooms fill up fast. Phoning them is probably best since they never responded to our request via Agoda. Additional payment required for early check-in. There's an on-site restaurant and rooftop bar. We didn't utilise either, so can't comment.

When they clean the room, they don't vacuum the carpets, so if you stay for a long time, they won't clean the dirt. On Fridays, you can hear karaoke singing even at night. The neighbors are noisy. The view from the window is of a construction site and rooftops 510 room
