Oriental Residence Bangkok

Nice hotel, a little bit too fancy for me and it's very much in the expensive business and embassy district which makes everything around it equally expensive compared to other parts of Bangkok. The room we had, a junior suite was very big, with desk, sofa, lounge and kitchenette, plus a little balcony, nice open air Pol on the 4th floor. Honestly, I would not stay here again. Just my view, as it is a nice hotel. Just not my type.

The hotel consistently delivers true five-star luxury — from the elegant suites to the peaceful atmosphere and impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommended for families due to their generous space! What truly sets this property apart is the outstanding reception and concierge team. Jie at reception welcome me with great smile n ensure my check-in are hassle-free.. The concierge manager - his name is K and his wonderful team, especially Chotu, go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfectly arranged. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail make every visit seamless and stress-free. They always make me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. What impresses me most is the staff’s attentiveness and professionalism — they remember my preferences/name and always ensure my stay is seamless and comfortable! It is rare to find a hotel that maintains such consistently high standards while also offering such personalized service. Oriental Residence Bangkok feels like a second home, and I look forward to many more stays in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking refined luxury and exceptional hospitality in Bangkok.

We had a really good stay, so we came back before our flight back home. Again the stay was just perfect. We even got upgraded to a bigger suite with an even better view! The rooms are in very good condition and well maintained. Also very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind and even found something we forgot the first stay! If we come back to Bangkok, we will definitely come back here! There is also lots of nice dining around the area. Only downer: the aircon is pretty loud.
