Had a great experience with Paak hotel. Each and every member of the staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms are new and aesthetically pleasing. The swimming pool is amazing and my toddler liked it a lot. The swimming pool was open till 9. The breakfast spread is good. They also have Thailand souvenirs that are not extremely jacked up in price. There airport transfer service is amazing and reliable and the price is similar to Grab. They also gave us a breakfast box for our early morning flight. The only negative was that there is an ongoing construction site next to it and that site was emanating some smell.

Beautiful and brand new hotel! Restaurant food was delicious and at a fair price! The isolation is not great, you can hear sounds from outside and from other rooms, but it was quiet enough for a good night sleep! The coffee at breakfast is not the best and due to a construction site in front of the pool, there is an intense smell in the pool area. Overall we really enjoyed it, the room is perfect! It is a great option for one night before or after a flight.

Great hotel option near BKK Airport, just about 10 minutes by taxi, which makes it perfect for early flights or short layovers. Everything about the stay was excellent the rooms are comfortable, modern, and look exactly like the pictures, which is always a relief. One big plus is the free shuttle to the main road, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, so you’re not stuck eating only at the hotel. The overall vibe is modern, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long flight. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a convenient, stylish stay close to the airport.

The Rooms were clean and perfectly fine. It’s 10 minutes from the airport, the facilities were as you’d expect and contrary to other reviews, I found the staff friendly and professional. However, this was a noisy hotel making sleep difficult. I was relatively ok with the planes flying overhead (though other airport hotels manage this better), but the doors are thin and there is no carpet in the rooms - so you hear whoever is the corridor or opening doors - and I could hear my neighbours talking at 2am … which they did for hours. All things considered, I wish I’d stayed elsewhere. But it seems like a new hotel, and if management gets the noise sorted it could be good option for layovers.
