I have really appreciated the customer service provided by Peeradon! He has always been very prompt in answering any questions I have about my insurance coverage whether at home or traveling. Additionally, he assisted with getting a response to my questions from a provider when they were not responding to my emails prior to having surgery. He is a fantastic liaison between the insurance company and providers. I also appreciate the follow-up emails after he has given assistance to make sure that everything worked out. In every email he includes a message to "reach out if you need further assistance," and I know he means it! Thanks for everything, Peeradon!

I would like to record my appreciation for Pacific Prime. They assisted me in iteratively comparing, applying for, and securing my (worldwide) health insurance. I want to make special mention of Kei, Daniel and Emalyn in the Bangkok Office, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I sent an initial meeting request to the Company over email and Kei responded in a timely manner, asking all the relevant questions to prepare for the scheduled meeting (with her and Daniel). The office itself was an oasis of calm, with everybody working, holding client meetings, and doing post-sales support in quietly and efficiently. I appreciated the work Kei put in for preparing the presentation, which made it easy for me to narrow down the insurance provider I wanted, and pinpoint the plan which suited my needs. Daniel, being more senior, provided several crucial insights which aided me in making my final choice. Finally, Emalyn did much of the post-application heavy lifting and liaisoning between the chosen provider and me, and handled both my requests for information and the insurer's requests comprehensively and with due speed. I hope I never need to use my insurance cover, but I take comfort in knowing that Pacific Prime will be around to assist me if there is ever such a situation. If you are serious about your insurance needs, and not simply checking off a list box requirement, I would recommend using the services of an insurance broker, and my vote is with Pacific Prime. Excellent experience working with Wouter and Jim, who are incredibly responsive and helpful. I initially thought securing health insurance in Thailand would be straightforward and something I could do easily on my own. After going through the process, I now realize Wouter's help negotiating with the insurance companies likely saved me hours, if not days of hassle with underwriting. I very highly recommend Pacific Prime to any expats seeking long-term coverage in Thailand.
