Paid 27€ for one night, supreme room king size bed. The lady at the lobby is very nice and sweet. Late check out, good view from the balcony, big size room, 7/11 just 150 meters away.

I rarely leave reviews but I just had to here. I had the most unpleasant stay. After checking in I immediately noticed the room wasn't cleaned. There was a chunk of some food by the phone, floors and counter were dirty with scuffs and coffee marks, and they failed to refill the shampoo and body wash. The towel rack was falling apart. The Airbnb listing (which is where I booked) didn't mention this was a hotel. It also advertised daily housekeeping. They didn't come the first two days. On the second day, I specifically requested they make up the room and replace the towels which they never did. When I got back to my room at 5:30p I called to again request housekeeping and they said they'd send someone right away. It's now been nearly an hour and no one's here. The receptionist on the phone seemed nice but it would be good if they follow-up on their promise to send someone instead of having me follow up with them multiple times. I have no idea how this place is still in business. The only saving grace is that the a/c worked great.

My friend and I had a great time in Bangkok and chose this hotel. After getting off the plane and heading straight to the hotel for check-in, we were told their system hadn't received any booking information from any platform. Other people there were also forced to go to new places arranged by the hotel and had to rebook! Keep in mind, today is New Year's Eve, and other hotel prices have more than doubled or even increased! We also used Trip.com, but the staff at the counter insisted it was a booking… It was awful! All our plans were delayed. Later, after my friend patiently communicated with Trip.com, they finally found our booking. Just when we thought the matter was resolved, the front desk called us back saying the booking was there, but the payment platform hadn't paid them yet! Oh my god, why is the last day of 2025 so unpleasant? 😫 The hotel has changed its name to "Palette Hi Hotel Bangkok". Really have a bad experience at here! Superior room king size bed just two single bed combined

I had a booking at Palette Hi Hotel from December 27 to December 30 to spend my last days in Bangkok. I made this reservation well in advance and received a confirmation that everything was in order. After my flight was delayed twice and I had trouble finding a taxi at the airport, I arrived at the hotel exhausted. I wasn’t even properly welcomed — I had to announce myself and say that I was there for a hotel room. The receptionist told me the hotel was fully booked. I replied that I had a reservation. I explained that I booked through Booking.com and showed proof of my reservation, but she completely ignored this. When I asked what went wrong, she said it was a “system error” and that unfortunately I was out of luck. She did not apologize, no alternative was offered, and I felt neither heard nor respected. Although I didn’t want to waste my energy arguing, I was very frustrated — because this “mistake” ended up costing me a lot of extra money. Try finding a decent accommodation for the same price at the end of the year — it’s nearly impossible. Because it was already late, I had no choice but to book a more expensive room at another hotel about 600 meters away. Thankfully I was treated well there, but I had to book two nights to be safe. In the end, this cost me almost double the amount I originally paid. People can decide for themselves whether they want to book here, but I strongly advise against it. If Palette Hi Hotel had contacted me in advance about this issue, I would have been understanding. But the way this was handled is unacceptable, and I am far from happy with this experience.
