Paradox Bangkok Sukhumvit

I stayed in a King Suite with a terrace, and OMG, it was a beautifully appointed room, spacious and comfortable. I felt like a king with a huge bathroom, spa tub, shower, closet space. And the staff and service was absolutely first class!

Had a comfortable stay here at Four Points by Sheraton. Walking distance to Nana BTS station and Asok BTS station / Sukhumvit Metro station, so kind of like an interchange. Near to Terminal 21 mall too. Just a few stops from the big Central Mall. Very convenient. There are lots of pubs along the street. The Sukhumvit road turns abit sleazy at night but it doesn’t bother us. The room is comfortable with the necessary amenities. There’s a bar and pool at the rooftop but we didn’t use it. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sukhumvit 15 was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel offers a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, making it one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Bangkok. What truly impressed me was the staff’s genuine hospitality every interaction was warm, polite, and effortless. Their smiles and welcoming attitude made checking in and out feel smooth and pleasant. One detail that stood out was the hotel’s attention to my preferences. I usually mention in the Bonvoy app that I prefer a Memory Foam pillow, but this is the only Marriott property so far that prepared it for me without me having to ask. That level of care and attention shows how seriously they treat guest comfort. The room was clean, quiet, and relaxing, with everything arranged thoughtfully. I also appreciated the welcome amenities, including a beautifully packaged fruit and snack set a small touch, but one that leaves a lasting impression. A heartfelt thank you to the reception team for their kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. Their service truly elevated the entire experience. I highly recommend Four Points Sukhumvit 15 and will definitely return on my next trip.
