Park Hyatt Bangkok

Beautiful hotel, very modern and in a great location. The suite had all electronic controls to close window shades and adjust lighting and more. Separate from the quality, the hospitality is super immature… first upon arrival they told me I would not be able to get my room until 5-6pm (check in is 3pm the latest) and had to fight with them to get the regular check in time. They treated me as a novice tourist traveler that they could take advantage of before showing teeth with explanation that it was unacceptable for a 2 Michelin key hotel. After ordering room service, they removed the food from our room when we stepped out and didn’t get the chance to finish it. They entered the room to deliver stuff at one point without knocking which could have been bad but luckily no one was changing. So great facilities, pretty below average service even though they’re trying. I can’t fault them too much. Would recommend staying here still.

Park Hyatt Bangkok is a beautifully designed hotel with a refined, modern atmosphere and an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, and the rooftop views are truly special. What really stood out to me, though, was the people. The staff are genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming — the warmth and care from the team made a real impression and is what I’ll remember most about my stay. That said, there was one hiccup at arrival: my airport pickup was unfortunately missed. While disappointing after a long international flight, the situation was handled with courtesy once I arrived, and it didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Park Hyatt Bangkok offers understated luxury with a wonderful team behind it. With a bit more consistency on logistics, it could be truly exceptional.

10/10 Stay ♡ We love how spacious the room and their bathroom is. Bed is very comfortable and room was very quiet despite being in the city center. Decoration was modern yet elegant and simple. Their attention to details was very touching, love how the staffs take care of our belongings. The staffs were very attentive to us and our group. Breakfast was very delicious. We were taken into a private room, it was very secluded and quiet. Wish we had more stomach to try more food but it was already very good and impressive.
