Attentive and friendly staff. It's located in a busy district but as the hotel is situated in an inner road, you don't have to worry about noise that disrupts your sleep. Stylish and clean, it's definitely my type of hotel and room decor. Highly recommend this hotel if you are not on a budget.

I had the pleasure of staying six nights at the Passa Hotel, and I was absolutely delighted with my experience. My room was flawless — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, with a wonderful view and an exceptionally comfortable mattress that ensured restful sleep every night. A truly special touch was the thoughtful birthday surprise: a small cake with a candle waiting for me. It was such a warm and memorable gesture that made my stay even more meaningful. The entire team was outstanding — consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to creating a perfect guest experience. I would especially like to thank Kiki at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel’s location in Silom is ideal: centrally located yet peacefully tucked away on a quiet side street. It offers the perfect balance between vibrant city life and restful privacy. Everything was spotless and extremely well maintained. The pool area, while intimate, is beautifully designed and features a relaxing jacuzzi function — a perfect place to unwind after exploring Bangkok. Passa Hotel is a refined and luxurious boutique property that truly stands out for its service, comfort, and attention to detail. I highly recommend it without hesitation and would gladly return.

I had the best time at the Passa Hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, their English was very good too! The room was pretty humid at first, but the AC worked wonders and I could sleep really well at night. The location is perfect as it's close to the Metro and BTS. It's also a quieter street just around the corner of the busy main street where you find everything you need. I also saw different food markets very close by, though the food in the hotel was super tasty too. Of course more expensive than street food, but I thought it was very reasonable also given the quality. I have not actually checked out the pool since I was basically out of the hotel most of the day, but I did check out the bar and OMG the drinks are probably the best drinks I've ever had in my life. Also, as a solo female traveler, I always appreciate feeling safe anywhere I go and I couldn't have felt safer than in the Passa hotel and all the streets around it. I could even walk at 10 pm outside and would feel super safe. So if you look for a great hotel in a great area, consider Passa, you will not regret it! Khob Khun Kha to the amazing staff at the hotel and the security guard as well who was always super nice and helpful with a smile on his lips and he also took care of a very cute cat just outside the hotel that would come by mostly in the early mornings. Had a fantastic stay! ❤️❤️❤️
