Had a chance to visit the newly opened flagship boutique. The staff were very welcoming and had the chance to try on a few pieces and register interest in one. It was refreshing having a knowledgable conversation with Prat (Khun Nort) and he was kind enough to give a full tour. Excellent staff and memorable visit; hope to join the family one day.

Today, I had an exceptional experience at the Patek Philippe boutique in One Bangkok. The boutique itself is stunning and luxurious atmosphere. With the great opportunity to try on many beautiful timepieces. The whole staff team in the boutique provided impeccable service. Especially Khun Sky was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything with a genuine service mind. That made my visit truly memorable. Highly recommended krub.
