Peace Oriental Teahouse (Sukhumvit 49)

The price is high, but the quality absolutely lives up to it. This is my favorite matcha place, and I visit very often. Every menu item I’ve tried has been delicious, I haven’t found anything I didn’t like. It tastes even better when ordered with less sugar or no sugar.

Been here a few years ago and found them very good. Enjoyed their matcha and teas. Used to be able to find a seat easily but nowadays, it is always packed. Came again this round but it was full. Thus, I bought matcha powder and left.

The matcha ice cream here is absolutely delightful—smooth, fragrant, and not overly sweet, making it very refreshing. You can really taste the quality of the matcha. The staff are kind and give great recommendations. The shop itself is cozy, with seating choices from high chairs to traditional Japanese-style mats, which makes the experience feel authentic and relaxing
