A wonderful place, the staff were very polite and friendly. We signed up for hair care, the procedure went well, we are satisfied with the result! We will visit in the future!🤍

I had only spent 2 weeks in Bangkok and needed to travel and choose a pet hotel quickly. After some research, I went with Petaglory. The managers are incredibly kind and helpful. I felt very safe leaving my elderly dog with them for 12 days. I received daily updates on her activity and mood, as well as photos. My dog has never liked toys or been extroverted, but this cozy hotel made her feel safe enough to explore trying new things (even at 11 years old)! I am so grateful to them and will be returning anytime I am in Bangkok.

Horus absolutely loved his stay at Petagroly Hotel. He looked very happy and comfortable in all the videos and photos we received. We are very grateful to the sitters who took such good care of him with so much attention and affection. The place is clean, safe, and comfortable, and the staff are very kind and friendly. We highly recommend Petagroly Hotel and would definitely trust them with Horus again.
