Pranakorn Heritage Hotel

I stayed at Pranakorn Heritage Hotel on my departure from Bangkok, and I can honestly say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Bangkok so far. The room was excellent – very clean, comfortable, and well-designed. Everything felt high quality and well maintained. After a long trip, it was exactly what I needed. The hotel also has a great swimming pool with a pool bar, which adds a really nice touch to the whole experience. It’s perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Breakfast was fantastic – a buffet with a wide and diverse selection of food. Plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone. But what truly made the difference was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I only have the best things to say about this hotel. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

We loved our stay at Pranakorn Heritage Hotel. This hotel is spot on regarding it's service/price/quality ratio. Everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location in Bangkok’s old city is well suited for visiting historic sites. Although the hotel is larger than a typical boutique hotel, it consistently feels small-scale and personal in atmosphere. This is largely due to the hardworking and attentive staff, who provide friendly and reliable service. We stayed as a family with one young child and felt comfortable throughout our stay. We started our Thailand trip here and chose to return for the final days, which reflects our positive overall experience.

Our first port of call was Bangkok, and we could not have asked for a better hotel than the Pranakorn Heritage Hotel. Staff: Always very helpful and attentive. They always made eye contact with you and were genuine with the empathy and smiles. They also had great energy. Breakfast: One of the better breakfast offerings we had out of the five hotels we stayed at throughout our stay in Thailand. Room: Just perfect for a city hotel — clean, modern, and with the necessary amenities. Notes: It is really just a matter of training, especially when the language barrier is an issue. The barman served all three beer glasses at once, of your promotion, “buy 2 get 1 free”, when he clearly saw that I was alone. I am not sure the foosball table makes sense, as it feels out of place at the entrance of the bar, but this is purely my opinion. The corner under the staircase next to the breakfast room is being used as a storage area. This detracts from the staircase and its beautiful landing — again, my opinion. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and when in Bangkok we will most certainly visit again.
