This is an amazing hotel for the price, the rooms are clean and spacious, the tv is new and high quality, the location is good as well. They have parking for cars and motorcycles. The only reason not a five star is because the fridge has some mold but the rest of the room was clean. I want to apologize for not checking out I forgot, hope the deposit covers it. Thank you Praso Residence staff for a great stay.

The room was large with a separate bedroom and an outdoor patio, it had 2 air-conditioning units. We were provided with 2 bottles of water per day and 2 sachets of coffee (which they sometimes forgot to give us) the mattress was a little bit hard but ok, the ensuite was modern and comfortable, had a large TV with alot of channels and English news channels. Location was within walking distance to large shopping centres, night markets and very close to 7/11. At night it was very noisy, there was a metal speed hump outside that made alot of noise and there were loud bangs that would occur irregulary throughout the night, not sure if the noises were inside or outside the hotel. Car parking at the hotel was great and they also had washing machine facilities downstairs. They can provide an extra key card for the room for an extra cost.

It's more than an adequate 3-star hotel for a short stay. The hotel does offer long-stay rates, but the rooms aren't really set up for working. For example, no chairs, no cooking stove. The Good: It's close to Fortune Town and MRT. The rooms have a WiFi TV set, a decent size fridge, and a kitchen sink. The Bad: No kitchen, few electrical sockets, loud banging doors when others on the same floor come and go. If you just need an inexpensive hotel at a convenient location, and you prefer to order food deliveries, then this place is alright.

3 Stars only because of the street noise. The rooms are spacious and come with a sofa and a kitchenette that has a big fridge, sink, and kettle. However, there’s no coffee or tea provided in the rooms or the lobby. There’s plenty of car parking, and most spots are covered. The WiFi speed is pretty good. The beds are firm, typical of Thai style, so they might not be comfortable if you prefer a softer bed. Rooms facing west are really noisy during the day because of the constant sound of motorbikes with loud exhausts. Even with the windows closed, the noise is annoying and tiring. It gets a bit quieter after 10 PM but starts up again around 9 AM. Rooms facing east might be a bit quieter. Fortune mall, Central and the MRT stations are less than 10 minutes' walk away, and there's a 7-Eleven next door. Check-in is strictly after 2 PM, but there’s seating in the lobby where you can wait until they let you check in. Walk-in rate is 1000B per night, but could be less if booked online. I would have rated my stay 4 stars if it had not been for the noise.

Cockroaches here. Killed 2 of them. They crawl on you at night. Told the receptionist. They came sprayed my room with insecticide which made it impossible for me to stay in the room because of difficulty breathing. They refuse refund. Only 20% discount on next stay for 1 night. Unacceptable. Added video of cockroach in bed and picture of a cockroach I killed. DO NOT COME HERE. Go somewhere else. This place is bad. Staff are not friendly.
